Terms of Service

Last updated: July 8, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DeepSocial platform, operated by Euklydia ("DeepSocial", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Description of the Service

DeepSocial is a marketing intelligence platform that helps teams analyze social media performance, sentiment, and trends. The service includes analytics dashboards, reporting tools, AI-powered insights, and integrations with third-party social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

2. Account Registration

To use DeepSocial, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

— Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

— All activity that occurs under your account.

— Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service.

3. Third-Party Platform Integrations

DeepSocial connects to third-party platforms (including Meta Platforms — Facebook and Instagram) through their official APIs, only after you explicitly grant permission.

By connecting a third-party account, you confirm that:

— You are authorized to connect that account (e.g., you own or manage the connected Page or profile).

— Your use of the integration complies with the third-party platform's own terms, including the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Community Standards.

We access third-party data solely to provide analytics and insights within DeepSocial, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect an integration at any time from your account settings, which revokes our access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

— Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

— Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or our systems.

— Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform.

— Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or data obtained through it without our written consent.

— Use automated means (scraping, bots) to extract data from the platform.

— Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Certain features of DeepSocial require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout.

— Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

— Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

— We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice; changes apply from the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

The DeepSocial platform, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Euklydia and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or brand elements.

You retain ownership of the data and content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to operate and improve the service.

7. Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that we process data as described there, including data obtained through Meta APIs, which is used exclusively to provide analytics features and never sold to third parties.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep DeepSocial available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect your use of the platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of analytics data, or non-infringement. Insights and metrics provided by the platform are informational and should not be treated as professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepSocial and Euklydia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability) shall survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
